Application
Portable Particle Concentration Monitor of Tang’An Industry is a portable particle concentration detection handset based on DSP digital signal processor and micro-charge sensing technology, which can store, display and manage data and print on-line. The front-end sensor can adapt to a variety of severe working conditions such as high temperature or humidity, etc. The self-powered equipment can stand-by for 4.5-5 hours by itself or apply AC-power connection. The monitoring software of the portable hand-set integrates a series of modules namely data collection, measurement-site management, data calibration, measurement report printing, operator management, etc. It can be widely used in the field of particle concentration detection at the environment protection emission point, emission monitoring and maintenance of dust collectors, measurement of solid particle pneumatic conveying flow and production workflow monitoring.Equipment Components and Software
The portable handset is mainly composed of a handset frame, rubber push-button keyboard, anti-compact component, battery set, operation indicator light, circular military connector and cooling base-plate.
Overall Specifications of the equipment are 286mm × 189mm × 40mm, with shock-absorption silicone-rubber coating, push-button on the right side. The FN key is located in the upper left corner on the back, function of the press-button can be expanded. The power socket and universal interface are located in the lower left corner of the handset, and the external sensor socket is located in the upper right corner of the handset (two-way signal input, receiving sensor signal and other 4-20mA signals respectively). Customers can also collect additional relevant parameters such as temperature or pressure, etc., according to the site requirements. The handset is equipped with removable power supply. When the handset battery is low, the back-up removable power supply can be used for power . The back-up power supply is also very small and convenient to carry or use.
The Windows System user monitoring software integrates different function modules such as data collection, case management, data calibration, measurement report printing, operator management, etc. The software has two function systems, one for super management administrator and the other for on-site staff, both of whom can log in by user-name and password. When using the system, the operator needs only to select the measurement site for data collection and calibration, then record the calibration coefficient, and convert the collected original pA value signal to the dust mass concentration mg/m3 value. When measurement unit is converted, the on-site real-time data will be displayed on the screen and saved, and the measurement report can be printed at the same time. The user can click to view the historical trend, and all data can be exported for storage and analysis.
