Theory

The ATB3000 series particulate matter monitoring instrument is a 4-20 mA particulate matter concentration signal transmitter based on the principle of charge induction. It utilizes advanced digital signal processing (DSP) technology and has multiple self-checking and automatic calibration functions. Its proprietary core technology combines DC and AC signals from micro-charged particles with digital signal processing algorithms and flow modeling to achieve superior accuracy, stability and repeatability in field applications. The unique electrical isolation and digital signal filtering design can effectively eliminate electromagnetic interference in the field, so that the ATB3000 is suitable for all kinds of harsh working conditions.
The whole series of ATB3000 products have high-precision and 7 orders of magnitude of dynamic measurement range, and can be used in the measurement of both low emissions and high concentration of gas-solid two-phase flow. It has continuous automatic zero baseline tracking and a drift elimination function, so that the circuit won’t drift, even without regular manual zero checks. It has automatic detection functions to check for probe fouling and condensation faults.  It also performs range span testing, which can effectively prevent the occurrence of false alarms. The unit provides 4-20 mA loop power according to ASTM standards.
ATB3000 series products of Tang 'an Industry are easy to install and maintain. They can be debugged by Tang 'an industrial engineer's field hand controller, and can also communicate by PLC or DCS and other industrial control software to realize the monitoring of dedusting efficiency, emission value monitoring, bag leak warning and positioning.
