Application Background

The bag filter is an important collection component in the normal carbon black production process. The bag filter may leak, block or become blinded, and equipment failures like the solenoid valve back-blowing may occur. When bag leakage occurs in particular, it will cause the loss of carbon black particles and reduce the bag filter efficiency. If not found in time, the carbon black particles lost with the gas flow will slowly corrode and pollute the power generator system. At the same time, it will block enzyme and lead to denitrification malfunction. The desulfurization and denitrification malfunction may cause excessive emission data that will cause severe holistic production process problems and environmental protection issues afterward.

General Production Approach of Carbon Black
Carbon black can be divided into two types according to its manufacturing approach: incomplete combustion or pyrolysis carbon black. Incomplete combustion carbon black manufacturing includes oil furnace, gas furnace, lamp smoke, spray method, trough carbon black, roller method and gas-mixing method. Pyrolysis method includes thermal cracking, hot acetylene and plasma methods. Incomplete combustion carbon black accounts for more than 97% of the total carbon black production, while the oil furnace method accounts to more than 95% of the total incomplete combustion carbon black production and demand.
