ESPAMS System


Applying high-speed sampling Micro-Charge Particle Dynamic Monitor as its feedback signal front-end, ATB-ESPAMS Automatic Management System applies the fuzzy expert control principle to optimize on-line the high-frequency power supply, corona capacity and the vibration time sequence of the ESP. Therefore, the ESPAMS is a diagnosis, prediction and analysis expert management system that performs a real-time diagnosis and management of common ESP faults.
 
Applying SQL server database management system as its back-end, ATB-ESPAMS Automatic Electrostatic Precipitator Management System displayed on a user interface (UI) monitor screen the real-time equipment operation status to collect and analyze operation parameters and to perform real-time trend display and fault alarm of the electrostatic precipitator.
 

 
ATB-ESPAMS Automatic Electrostatic Precipitator Management System is able to perform PID feedback control to the high-frequency power supply of the electrostatic precipitators to assist in optimizing the high frequency power supply or DC super-imposed high frequency pulse power supply system. It can effectively suppress anti-corona, improve dust removal efficiency, it also provides data support for normal operation and up-to-standard emission of electrostatic precipitators.
 
Based on the operation status of the dust removal equipment, ATB-ESPAMS Automatic Electrostatic Precipitator Management System provides early-alarms to various equipment abnormal working conditions such as sudden explosion, high voltage power, abnormal electrode and wire, incubator heating. It helps to achieve maximum visual precipitator management and to greatly reduce the operation and maintenance costs.
